Wrong order received.

I was so looking forward to receiving and using what I ordered, but I did not receive what I ordered. I ordered two African Black Soap Daily Acne Cleansers for Dark Spots. Instead, I received two African Black Soap Face and Body Washes unscented and lavender. I am very disappointed. How will this problem be rectified?
