At land of our mother, we are committed to providing high-quality, natural African Skincare products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. 

Please read our return policy below:

Eligibility:

• Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
• Products must be unused, in the same condition that you received them, and in their original packaging.
  
• If the product has been used and you experience an issue, we will request the product be returned for evaluation or ask for photographic evidence. 
• A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.

Non-returnable items:

• Gift cards
• Sale items
• Used or opened products

Refunds

Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within 10 days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Shipping

• You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
• We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
