Shipping Destinations

We currently only ship within the United States.

Processing Time

  • Order Processing: All orders are processed within 1-5 business days. 
  • Order Confirmation: Once your order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation. You will also receive a notification once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. The following are estimated delivery times after your order has been processed:

  • Standard Shipping (US): 3-7 business days

Please note that delivery delays can occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as inclement weather, or carrier issues.

Shipping Confirmation and Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your order through the carrier’s website using the provided tracking number.

Incorrect Address

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address inputted on the order, it is the customer's responsibility to pay for the item to be shipped back to the correct address. If you choose to have a refund, once we received the returned package we will issue a refund excluding the original shipping cost. 

Damages

land of our mother is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier for further assistance. We recommend checking with neighbours and looking around your delivery area. land of our mother is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address provided during checkout.
